II. Processing Orders
Orders are typically processed between 5-7 business days including weekends and Public Holidays. Once your order has been completed, a tracking number will provided and sent to the customer.
III. Cancellations
After an order is placed, the customer will have a 1 to 2 day window for cancellation. By the third day your order will be processed for fulfillment before distribution. If there are questions about cancellation, please contact us before then deadline.
IV. Return Policy
All sales are final, and there will be no returns! NO EXCEPTIONS!
V. Delayed Orders
In case of delayed processing, please contact us to negotiate cancellation. Shipping delays do not fall under seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.
VI. Damaged Orders
Sweets Galore & Co. is not liable for lost or damage products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carriers. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to them to formulate at claim with the shipping provider.
